My positive experience started with a phone call to Matt Alkema, who explained the sought service, the benefits, as well as comfirming the price and his willingness to accommodate my schedule.
On entering the service bay on Friday I received a hardy and warm welcome from Dave Howard, who promptly got my Accord checked in and service underway. Dave, both personable and experienced, made for an interesting and informative conversation.
Matt sought me out later to show concerns uncovered by Dan Piatt. I appreciated Dan's visual description , inspiring confidence and recommendation for an additionally beneficial service.
While waiting for service completion I had an opportunity to engage in a conversation with Gred Haverdink.

Somethings can't always be helped, but this dealership offered everything up front, even a carfax without us even having to ask. They are great and we will definetly do business with them again!
